Kentucky Arts Council, a state agency in the Commerce Cabinet, has provided funding for Arts Education Showcase with state tax dollars and federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.  Additional support provided by The Howe Charities Inc., the Bluegrass Community Foundation, and the Kentucky Department of Education.  This program is 17% federally funded with Title V CFDA #84.298A funds, from a total Kentucky Center Title V grant of $25,900.

The Kentucky Center will comply with all federal statutes related to non-discrimination.  These include, but are not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin.
